ndrosenThis week, I found one more case on my Special Amended docket, a Board of Appeals decision affirming my rejection of an application. Since I didn’t work on any amendments, I’m up to three amendments on my Amended docket, and two Board decisions on my Special Amended docket, for a total of five.
I finished an Office Action on a Regular New case, and have started an Office Action on another Regular New, which I really need to finish by Tuesday at 3:00 PM, in order to get it counted for Fiscal Year 2019. Then I start the race all over again.
