This week, I got one new case on my Amended docket, and did an Office Action on one of my existing amendments, so I’m back to three cases on my Amended docket, and one (a Board decision affirming my rejections) on my Special Amended docket. The new case on my Amended docket isn’t an actual amendment, but an Appeal Brief; I have an appointment with my supervisor, and presumably with a third party, this coming Wednesday to decide how to respond, and I’m virtually certain that the decision will be that I should write an Examiner’s Answer, and let the Board of Appeals judge.

I am almost finished with my oldest Regular New case. I had hoped that by closing time Friday, I would have finished it, and done some work on something else.
