I got one amendment on my Amended docket this week, and a Board decision affirming my rejection of a case appeared on my Special Amended docket; I did an Office Action on my oldest amendment, so I now have three cases on my Amended docket, and one on my Special Amended docket, waiting for the applicant to let it go abandoned, or take it to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, or file a Request for Continued Examination, amend it further, and try again.

I finished an Office Action on a Regular New case Monday, and also confirmed abandonment of a case I had rejected more than six months before. Then I worked on my single Special New case, and got out an Office Action on that; most recently, I’ve been looking at prior art for my oldest Regular New.
