I got a Printer’s Rush on my Expedited docket, and dealt with it. Otherwise, I have the same three amendments on my Amended docket as I did last week. I’m writing an Office Action on one of them. I am hoping to hear back from an attorney on a second, and see a proper Terminal Disclaimer show up in the third (a Terminal Disclaimer means that the applicant agrees that the patent, when issued, will not last past the term of a related case with similar claims).

I have also made progress on my oldest Regular New case, but I’m nowhere close to finished.
