ndrosenNo amendments were received or acted upon this week, so I’m still at a total of four: three amendments on my Amended docket, and one Board of Appeals decision on my Special Amended docket.
I finished an Office Action on my one Special New case earlier this week: It was on Tuesday, instead of Monday before 3:00 PM, but at least I did finish it. Then I wrote and posted an Office Action on my single Request for Continued Examination case (on my Regular New docket). I have been working on my oldest non-RCE Regular New application.
There is one more week in the second quarter, and I need to finish first actions on two Regular New cases.
