ndrosenI didn’t get any amendments this week, and I finished Office Actions on two existing amendments, so I’m down to three regular amendments on my Amended docket and one Board of Appeals affirmance on my Special Amended docket, for a total of four.
I sent out a Notice of Abandonment on one of my rejected cases, since well over six months had elapsed since my first action rejection, and the patent agent did not respond to the voicemail messages I left for him last week. I was hoping to finish a first action rejection on my oldest Regular New case, but didn’t manage it. I do expect to be done by Monday at 3:00 PM.
