ndrosenI didn’t get any amendments this week. I completed Office Actions on two of my existing amendments, and
I have done substantial work on a third, so I’m down to a total of six “amendments”, five of them being actual amendments on my Amended docket, and the sixth being a Board of Appeals decision on my Special Amended docket.
I also finished a Regular New case before Tuesday at 3:00 PM earlier this week, and I hope to deal with my current oldest Regular New this coming week. I also expect to declare a rejected case abandoned, with or without hearing it confirmed by the patent agent.
