I didn’t get any amendments this week. My supervisor signed my Office Action reopening prosecution after an Appeal Brief, and I posted that, dealing with one of my Amended cases. I declared my one remaining Special Amended case abandoned, since the attorney did not reply to my messages asking him to let me know whether he had or had not filed any response after the Board of Appeals decision affirming my rejections. Enough time had gone by that I could feel comfortable about declaring it abandoned. In consequence, I’m now down to five regular Amended cases, and no Special Amended or Expedited cases.

I also finished and posted a first action rejection on my oldest Regular New case, and I’ve begun on another Regular New case, which I hope to finish by Tuesday at 3:00 PM. The claims here provide a target-rich environment, so to speak, but I still have work to do.
