ndrosenThis week, I got two new amendments on my Amended docket, and one post-Allowance amendment on my Expedited docket. I dealt with the Expedited, and I finished an Office Action on my oldest Amended case. I also managed to remove one of my Special Amended cases by declaring it abandoned after the attorney confirmed that no reply had been filed after the Board decision affirming my rejections. So I’m now at six regular amendments (one of which is an Appeal Brief) on my Amended docket, and one Board decision on my Special Amended docket, for a total of seven.
I also attended an Appeal Conference about the Appeal Brief on my Amended docket, and wrote a new Final Rejection. Since we’re reopening prosecution after an Appeal Brief, I need my supervisor’s signature, so I posted the Office Action to him, and am awaiting a response.
Finally, I’ve done some searching on my oldest Regular New case.
