I got two regular amendments this week in my Amended docket, and one After Final amendment that appeared in my Expedited docket. I did an Advisory Action in response to the After Final (basically, that means saying, “No, I don’t agree that I erred in sending out the Final Rejection, and you still don’t get a patent”). I also did an Office Action in response to one of the other amendments, so I’m now at one case on my Amended docket, and one on my Special Amended docket, the latter being a Board of Appeals decision.

I finished a first action rejection on my former oldest Regular New case before 3:00 PM Monday, and I’ve been working on my new oldest Regular New case, but haven’t finished it yet.
