ndrosenI got one case on my Expedited docket this week, and dealt with it swiftly, so I’m back to no amendments of any kind.
I finished the Office Action on my oldest Regular New case back on Saturday, June 30, and I have made progress on my next Regular New case, which I hope to finish by 3:00 PM Monday. We’ll see.
Also, this morning there was a problem with Official Correspondence, so I couldn’t work on my Office Action. (Later, I was able to use it.) I thought I could submit a search request to the Electronic Information Center for one of the cases further down my docket, but when I studied the claims, I decided it wasn’t really in my area, so I put in a Transfer Inquiry. At least I get to write off two hours for that.
