ndrosenUntil well into the nineteenth century, people would typically wake up in the night between “first sleep” and “second sleep.” It’s like that for me tonight.
I got two amendments this week, and didn’t deal with any, so I’m up to four cases on my Amended docket, and one on my Special Amended docket. I did finish Office Actions on my oldest Regular New case, and another Regular New. Also, I had an Appeal Conference with my supervisor and another primary examiner, so I’m read6 to write an Examiner’s Answer and let the Board of Appeals decide who has the better arguments.
