ndrosenThis week, I got one more amendment on my Amended docket, although it wasn't originally mine; I'm inheriting it from an examiner who is retiring due to health problems. I dealt with one of my existing amendments this week, so I'm back to three Amended cases and one Special Amended.
I also allowed a case that was on my Rejected docket; the attorney responded to my most recent explanation of why it was rejected, and authorized me to make an Examiner's Amendment to make the claims allowable.
I've been working on my oldest Regular New; I've been negotiating with the attorney, and I hope that he will be able to obtain his client's agreement to the claim language we have worked out, and then I hope to do one of my rare first action allowances.
Meanwhile, I've started work on another amendment.
