ndrosenAmendments have been really fashionable lately. It got three regular Amendments this week, and another Special Amended (actually a Board of Appeals decision affirming my rejection of an application), so I'm up to eleven Regular Amended cases, and two Special Amended cases, the highest my numbers have been in years, I think.
I finished writing an Examiner's Answer on Monday, and nudged my supervisor into signing it Friday, but now it needs to be approved by a third worthy personage; then I can post it, and get the Appeal Brief off my Refular Amended docket. Also, I finished an Office Action on my only Request for Continued Examination case this week, and am now working on my single remaining Special New case.
