I still have the same three amendments on my Amended docket and one Board of Appeals affirmance on my Expedited docket as last week. Last night, shortly before midnight, I posted an Office Action on my oldest Regular New case to my supervisor for review.

I’ll try to do an amendment or two, or an RCE, this coming biweek, as well as whichever application is not my oldest Regular New.
