ndrosenTwo new amendments showed up on my amended docket, bringing the total to four. I have started working on the oldest of these four amendments, but I’m just searching; I haven’t started writing an Office Action yet.
By the way, with amendments, abandonments, and requests for continued examination, my docket of rejections has fallen to six cases, which must be the lowest it’s been in a long time. I would typically have something like fifteen cases on my Rejected docket, with ups and downs.
I did finish a first action on my oldest Regular New application, which together with other things makes my production for the biweek quite good. Now I need to do well in the remaining two biweek’s of the third quarter.
