Email Appeals

Someone out there seems to think that I’m a fascist on the side of insurrection; either that, or fundraising emails are being sent to every possible electronic address that can be gleaned. I have recently received appeals for funds from Dishonest Donald himself, and from Michael Johnson, the new Speaker of the House. Trump’s email was about the need to fight against attempts to keep him off the ballot under section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment.

Wouldn't surprise me if Johnson bought a bunch of email addresses from Trump. These people buy addresses from each other all the time. I seem to recall you having gotten mail/email from Republican causes in the past. With data brokers in the U.S. (hey, that spells US!) completely unchecked, it's not difficult to sell email addresses with apparent political affiliation to candidates.
