ndrosenThis past week, I finished Office Actions on both of the amendments on my Amended docket, so I’m down to zero amendments.
On Saturday, I finished an Office Action on a Regular New case, and got that counted for last biweek. Then I found myself with two oldest Regular New cases, one of them a Request for Continued Examination. I finished and posted an Office Action on the RCE case, and I offered the other oldest Regular New to an examiner who had worked on a related case; he accepted, so it’s now off my docket. I have been working on a different Regular New application, but I haven’t finished it.
