ndrosenNo amendments arrived this week, so I’m still at zero amendments.
On Monday, I finished an Office Action on a Request for Continued Examination case on my Regular New docket. Then I wrote an Office Action on another application on my Regular New docket. Then I went to work on another Regular New application, although I haven’t finished it.
Also, a patent attorney called to discuss a case, and I wrote an interview summary. I confirmed the abandonment of a rejected application with another attorney, and posted a Notice of Abandonment. These contributed to my production for the biweek, which wasn’t perfect, but was pretty good. Now I need another couple of biweek’s of good production this quarter.
