ndrosenI received an additional amendment this week, so I’m up to three amendment on my Amended docket. I dealt with the two Expedited cases I had last week, and I later received a new Expedited case, but it’s in Paused status, so I don’t have to do anything with it for now. What happened is that the Board of Appeals affirmed my rejections, and now the Applicant gets a couple of months to respond, or just let it go abandoned.
I had a Special New application to work on, and I finished an Office Action, so that’s taken care of. My oldest Regular New is in paused status, because I put in what’s called a C star challenge to have its classification adjusted. This coming week, I expect to work mostly on amendments.
