The Henry George Institute has finally published Land, Labor & Liberty: A Lindy Davies Reader, a collection of essays by my friend, the late Lindy Davies, who was for many years the Director of the Institute. The book is also described as issues #134-136 of Georgist Journal, and should now be available on Amazon. I have received a physical copy in the mail, and I’m willing to buy more as gifts for people with genuine interest; you can leave your address as a comment. You can also, at least for the present, read the book online at the bottom of the Henry George Institute homepage.
I particularly enjoyed reading Lindy’s article, “Are We Disreputable?”, and maintain that if we are, so much the worse for the purveyors of conventional wisdom who declare contemptible the ideas which they are unable to refute.
