ndrosenIn celebration of folly, I bought a scratch-off Virginia lottery ticket some days ago, and scratched off some of the material covering the numbers on April First. I would scratch off another number or two after making progress on my work; I scratched off the bonuses and one half of the regular prizes. So far, I haven’t won anything.
On my evening walk, I met a man with a three month old black Labrador retriever puppy, who eagerly jumped up on me. Later on the walk, I saw a rabbit on the sidewalk right in front of me; not wanting to frighten him, I turned left into the street. He didn’t stay frozen, but turned left onto the lawn.
