I got one after final amendment on my Expedited docket, which I dealt with the day I got it (December 31, a federal holiday). Earlier, I had responded to the one amendment already on my Amended docket, so I’m now down to zero amendments of any kind. By the way, I posted my Office Action responding to the After Final amendment at about 11:53 PM, which means that with minutes to spare, I posted my response to an Expedited case the day I received it; this will make my docket management score look really great. It doesn’t really matter whether it’s splendid or pretty good, but making it very high is a minor hobby of mine.

I did some work on what I’ll call Regular New application Epsilon, which I had had hopes of completing this week. However, I’m waiting until I get a full human translation of a foreign prior art document which may be relevant. Also, I got back a search report from the Electronic Information Center on another case, which I’ll call Regular New application Alpha, which I expect to be my oldest Regular New case next biweek, so I have done some work on that.
