ndrosenThis week, two amendments showed up on my Amended docket; I completed an Office Action on one of them, and I’m working on the other one, so I’m currently at one amendment.
Earlier this week, I completed Office Actions on my Request for Continued Examination case (on the Regular New docket), and then on my oldest non-RCE Regular New, so that’s both of my two oldest new cases dealt with.
This morning, I went to the Patent Office’s physical office in Alexandria, to which I used to go every day. Someone at the security office performed some wizardry to update my identification, and then I cached and synced my workstation, so I now have a new Certificate enabling me to access the USPTO’s servers remotely for the next several years. My old Certificate was set to expire this month, so I had to go in and have the matter attended to. While there, I went to my own office, and took care of a few things, and in particular, I took my 2020 Beagle calendar off the wall and brought it home with me. IIRC, my niece gave it me for Christmas of 2019, and I had to abandon it at the office three months later. It’s no longer operative as a calendar, but at least I can look at the pictures of beagles.
I also got to chat with an old friend who had also come in to the office to take care of a few things. His son is getting married soon.
