Maintenance, Again

On Friday, my dishwasher could not be started (it was impossible to close the latch), so I called apartment management, and was assured that a ticket was being sent to maintenance. I tried calling later; I tried stopping by the office today, and I was told that there was a ticket, but no one has come by to fix the dishwasher.

I’m hoping for action on Monday, and scrubbing dishes and silverware by hand.
