This week, one new case showed up on my Amended docket, although it was an Appeal Brief, rather than an actual amendment. I wrote an Examiner’s Answer, and sent it to my supervisor for consultation, but my supervisor wasn’t at work today, so I won’t be able to post the case to be counted until he and a second supervisor have signed off on it, probably next week. As to the amendment already on my Amended docket for many weeks, I managed to talk with one of the attorneys about when I could expect a supplemental amendment, and he said I should see it next week. I hope so. Hence, at present, I have two cases on my Amended docket.

I finished an Office Action on my oldest Regular New case, and I have begun searching on another Regular New, which may be my oldest next biweek.
