ndrosenNo amendments this week, so I’m still at zero amendments of any kind.
I’ve mostly been working on my oldest Regular New non-RCE case this week, and I’m still not done. Once I finish, I have a Request for Continued Examination case on my Regular New docket, and another case I have my eye on; I hope I’ll be able to finish those faster.
I spent a few hours on meeting this week, and I did something called a First Action Interview. Basically, after I had sent an outline of how the prior art seemed to apply to the application, the attorney arranged an interview, telephoned me, and we discussed how the claims might be amended, and other matters might be attended to, to make the application at least probably allowable.
