The Red Queen’s Race

Early this week, I completed an Office Action on the remaining amendment on my Expedited docket. On Thursday, an After Final amendment appeared on my Expedited docket, and I responded to that. A new amendment has also appeared on my docket of Amendments; I have been working on the oldest amendment on my Amended docket, but I’m not finished, so my Amended docket is currently up to four cases, while my Expedited docket is down to zero.

I also finished an Office Action on my oldest Regular New application this week. The end of the quarter is at hand, and my production is sufficient that they will let me work for another three months.

Sakura

I saw some cherry blossoms today, and some closed or partially open buds. We don’t yet have the magnificent display of flowers which we may hope to see soon, but we can look forward to it.
