The Red Queen’s Race

This week, I finished an Office Action on my one amendment, so I’m down to zero cases on my Amended docket.

Someone filed a Request for Continued Examination, giving me an oldest Regular New RCE case, as well as an oldest Regular New non-RCE case. I have made good progress on the latter, and hope to finish it this weekend. Then I plan to tackle the RCE application.
