Vaccination

I went to the CVS drugstore half a mile or so from my apartment Friday afternoon, and got vaccinated against COVID-19 and influenza (two injections in the deltoid muscle). I hope that this will help keep me healthy.

The Red Queen’s Race

I got one new amendment on my Amended docket back on Saturday the 19th, bringing the total to four amendments. Then I dealt with three of these amendments, including the new one, so I’m down to one amendment. That amendment is actually an Appeal Brief, so I will attend an appeal conference with my supervisor and another worthy on Tuesday, after which I should be able to respond one way or another.

I began the week with an oldest non-RCE Regular New application, and a Request for Continued Examination oldest Regular New. I wrote an Office Action on the RCE case, and have been searching for prior art relevant to the non-RCE.
