Connection Problems
Sep. 21st, 2023 02:10 amEarlier on Wednesday, from about 6:00 PM on, lasting for a number of hours, I had connection problems. I couldn’t hear a dial tone on my landline phone, I couldn’t get WiFI, and my workstation couldn’t access the Patent Office’s servers (I was teleworking). I also had problems Tuesday, although not lasting as long. This was not continuous, but intermittent: I might manage to connect to the Patent Office for a few minutes, but then the connection would fail.
Thursday and Friday, I will be going to the office to work. Also, I plan to call Xfinity, and ask whether they know what’s going on, and whether there are likely to be more problems.
