The Red Queen’s Race

I finished an Office Action earlier this week on the one application which I had in my Amended docket, so I’m now down to zero amendments.

I also worked on a Regular New case, and didn’t finish it Friday. I set my alarm clock, got up earlier than usual for Saturday, and finished the Office Action, which I posted for credit at 2:29 PM, with half an hour to spare before the deadline for the biweek.

Now I have one more biweek in the third quarter, and it won’t be easy to be productive enough.
