The Red Queen’s Race

A new amendment appeared on my Amended docket this week, and I did an Office Action on one of my older amendments, so I’m back to having two amendments. I wrote a Notice of Abandonment on the Board of Appeals decision which had been on my Expedited docket for two months, so that should be done. Another case appeared on my Expedited docket, this one an After Final Consideration Program amendment after a final rejection, so I dealt with that, and now there’s nothing on my Expedited docket.

I have made substantial progress on one of my Regular New applications, but I’m not finished.

One more biweek until the end of the quarter.
