The Red Queen’s Race
Jun. 4th, 2022 12:06 amNo amendments appeared this week, and I completed an Office Action on one of the three that I had, so I’m down to two amendments, both on my Amended docket.
I also completed Office Actions on my oldest new non-RCE Regular New case, and my oldest Request for Continued Examination application, which was also my only one, and was also on my Regular New docket. It’s been a productive week, but I’ve worked hard. I didn’t finish and leave the Patent Office until after 9:00 PM, after which I got home well after 10:00 PM. I want feeling hungry, despite nine hours since lunch, but once the pasta was boiling, and the ragu was being reheated, I felt hunger, and devoured my dinner, including the salad and the chocolate chip cookies.
One more biweek until the end of the quarter.
