The Red Queen’s Race

This week, I did an Office Action on my existing amendment; later in the week, two new amendments showed up on my Amended docket, so I’m now at two amendments.

Back on Monday, I finished an Office Action on my oldest Regular New application. Later, I got a Request for Continued Examination case on my Regular New docket, inherited from an examiner who is on medical leave. I’ve made progress on it, but I’m not finished yet.

Trying to Aid Ukraine

A statement from my broker arrived the other day, and, at least as of April 29, a check which I mailed to a bank in Kyiv, to be deposited to the account of the Ministry of Defense, had not been debited from my account. The mails may be disrupted, or bank clerks in Kyiv may be occupied with other matters. I hope that the payment goes through eventually; meanwhile, it is possible to donate to organizations aiding Ukrainian and other refugees.
