Dec. 11th, 2021 12:07 amI got one amendment this week, so I’m up from zero to one on my Amended docket.
I finished a first action on one of my Regular New applications earlier this week. I worked on my oldest Regular New, and then called the patent attorney to try to work out a few changes by Examiner’s Amendment to make the case allowable. There’s a good chance, but we won’t know until he hears back from his client. Meanwhile, I have started on another Regular New case to keep busy.
