The Red Queen’s Race

This week, two cases appeared on my Expedited docket; one was a minor correction to claim language in an allowed application, and one was an additional document that the applicant wanted me to consider in another allowed case. I dealt with both of them. I also finished Office Actions on two of the three cases on my Amended docket, so I’m down to one amendment on my Amended docket. I’ve done some work on that one.

I also had two Requests for Continued Examination appear on my Regular New docket, so I’ll work on at least the older of them next week. Meanwhile, I finished a first action on my oldest non-RCE Regular New case.
