This week, I finished an Office Action on a Request for Continued Examination case on my Regular New docket, and I’m working on an Office Action on my oldest non-RCE Regular New case, but not finished yet. By the way, I left a message for a patent agent about an application which I rejected a little over six months ago, and he called back and confirmed that no response had been filed, so I declared it abandoned, and sent out a Notice of Abandonment.
