The Red Queen’s Race

No amendments showed up this week, and I was able to post my Office Action in response to an amendment; I was having trouble with it last Friday, but on Saturday, a technician at the Service Desk was able to help me, and I posted the Office Action before 3:00 PM Saturday the 22nd, in time to be counted for last biweek. So I’m currently at zero amendments.

I finished and posted an Office Action on my oldest Regular New case Tuesday, and I’ve been working on another Regular New case.

Individualism and Generosity

There is an interesting article in Reason arguing that more individualism in a culture means more altruism; this is especially worthy of note when both Democrats and national greatness conservatives are seeking to expand government, dictate people’s choices, and make aid for the allegedly needy a matter of government programs, not human kindness.
