The Red Queen’s Race

This week, I got one new amendment on my Amended docket, and finished an Office Action on my oldest amendment, so I’m back at three amendments.

I finished my Office Action on that huge Regular New case Monday, and then I completed an Office Action on my single Special New case. I left a message for an attorney, asking him to confirm abandonment of a case which I rejected a little more than six months ago, but so far haven’t heard back from him.
