Dec. 19th, 2020 04:45 amThis week, I got one case on my Expedited docket; a patent applicant wanted me to consider a new Information Disclosure Statement in an allowed case, so I took care of that. I currently have no amendments of any kind.
I finished Office Actions on my oldest (non-RCE) Regular New case, and on another Regular New case. I have begun writing an Office Action on my one Request for Continued Examination, also on my Regular New docket, but it isn’t finished.
One more biweek remains in the first quarter of fiscal year 2021.
