The Red Queen’s Race

I got one amendment this week, and didn’t finish any Office Actions on amendments, so I’m now at two amendments on my Amended docket, and one Board of Appeals affirmance on my Expedited docket.

I am pretty close to finishing an Office Action on my older amendment, and I did get out an Office Action on my oldest Regular New application.

To Doctor

I walked and jogged two miles to the doctors’ office Friday morning for my annual checkup, and with an empty stomach, since they do bloodwork on fasting patients. I got a tetanus-diphtheria booster as well as a checkup, ate a first installment of breakfast, and walked the two miles back.

If nothing else, I got some healthful exercise this morning.
