When I came home Thursday evening, and entered the lobby of the apartment building, I met two acquaintances of mine, a bearded man and his treeing walker coonhound (I hope I have that right). The dog, whom I have described as a giant economy size beagle, nuzzled my hand and tried to jump up on me, but her master restrained her. Mar. 9th, 2019 02:57 amThis week, I got one amendment, and didn’t write Office Actions on any, so I’m up to four amendments on my Amended docket, and one Board of Appeals decision on my Special Amended docket, for a total of five.
I did work on an amendment Monday, and called the attorney, who said that he needed to get in touch with his client about my proposal to make it allowable by Examiner’s Amendment, but on Friday, he emailed me that the client wanted more time to think about it.
On Saturday, I finished an Office Action on what was then my oldest Regular New for last biweek. On Thursday, I finished an Office Action on my oldest Regular New for this biweek. Then I did some work on another Regular New application.
