The Red Queen’s Race

I got two regular amendments this week, and one Printer’s Rush in my Expedited folder; I dealt with that by correcting an earlier allowance, but didn’t do any other amendments, so now I have seven amendments, all on my Amended docket.

I spent too much time without finishing my current Regular New case; I’ve done searches to justify rejecting dependent claims with various limitations, but I finally do see some light at the end of the tunnel. Unfortunately, I’m not actually finished.

And I did get away from the white collar salt mines for a bit this morning, to see the poster boards and demonstrations of the Collegiate Inventors, and then watch the prize winners given medallions and hear their monetary awards announced.
