The Red Queen’s Race

I got two ordinary amendments on my Amended docket this week, and one post-allowance 312 amendment on my Expedited docket. I dealt with the Expedited case, but no other amendments, leaving me with four cases on my Amended docket, and two Board decisions on my Special Amended docket.

I wrote an Office Action on my oldest Request for Continued Examination case (from my Regular New docket), and I’ve been working on my oldest non-RCE Regular New, although I’m not likely to finish before Monday at 3:00 PM.
