The Red Queen’s Race

I got one case on my Expedited docket this week, and in fact this morning, a post-allowance amendment. I would normally have worked on it, but I was busy with a Regular New case, so now I’m up to eight amendments, four on my Amended docket, threeon my Special Amended docket, and one on my Expedited docket.

I finished an Office Action on my oldest Regular New case Monday, and I’ve been working on another Regular New, which I really want to finish by Monday at 3:00 PM, to make production for the Fiscal Year. It’s going to be a busy weekend.
