I'm a vegetarian, for one thing, and also a household of one, so I don't cook a big, traditional Thanksgiving dinner. I did make cranberry-orange relish earlier this week, and I had some for lunch today, as my fruit. I also baked a pumpkin pie yesterday, and ate a slice tonight with a small glass of ruby port.

I was planning on chickpea tagine for dinner, but I slept late, had a late lunch, and didn't want a full dinner, so I cooked the chickpea tagine, but put it in the refrigerator for tomorrow night and two subsequent nights.
