This week, a case showed up on my Special Amended docket; it’s a Board of Appeals decision affirming my rejections. On Monday, I finished an Office Action on an amendment, so I’m now back at three amendments, but only two are on my Amended docket, with the third being Special Amended.

I’ve been working on one of my Regular New cases, but it’s a mess with a large number of claims, so I’m not done. Maybe I’ll manage to finish by Tuesday at 3:00 PM.
