This week, I got two more ordinary amendments on my Amended docket, and one After Final on my Expedited docket, which I dealt with; after hashing things out with the patent agent, I was able to further amend it, and allow the case. I now have a total of six amendments: five actual amendments on my Amended docket, and one affirmance from the Board of Appeals on my Special Amended docket.

I did a first action rejection on my oldest Regular New case this week, and now I’m working on my one Special Amended case; I hope to finish by Tuesday at 3:00 PM.
