I got two cases on my Amended docket this week, one of them an actual amendment, and one of them an Appeal Brief. I sent an email to my supervisor, who was on vacation, suggesting an appeal conference at his convenience once he gets back. I did Office Actions on one of my older amendments and the new amendment that was not an Appeal Brief; I’m waiting to hear back from a patent attorney about my remaining amendment. Once again, I have two cases on my Amended docket.

I also finished a first Office Action on my oldest Regular New case, and I’ve done some work searching another Regular New case.
